Tools
Native American tribes used all sorts of things to solve their everyday problems like long thick branches stripped of twigs to knock acorns off trees. They sharpened stones and tied them to sticks to make tools for carving things like birch-bark canoes. They also honed razor sharp arrow heads that were used as weapons to kill game or fight battles. They used string and birch-bark to make bow and arrows. They used mortar and pestle to grind corn for cornmeal. Sharp bones and string were used for a fishing rod.
